A little about me

Welcome to my page! I am so happy to have you here! I am a physical therapist who has been practicing for 22 years, spending the last 15 years of my career specializing in Home Health Care. Every day I get the privilege of being welcomed into my patient's most personal space...their home. My primary professional goal is finding ways to help everyone stay strong, healthy, and safe in their own environment. I understand the importance of people wanting to remain independent and live life to their fullest. I'm always looking for ways to continue helping as many people as I can, which led me to this new adventure. I'm hoping that by publicly sharing my knowledge with others, I can reach a broader population of people to help.
